1) Not all hotels are equal regardless of what brand it is. A bed is a bed is a bed!!! What makes each hotel different is the people!
2) We believe in investing in our team members. Because happy team members provide happy service which in turn means happy guests!
3) There is always room for improvement! So, I'm always asking everyone from my team members to my guests "What can we do better?"
